Responsibilities

Basis Operation

A strong troubleshooting skillsets in BASIS topics
Should have strong experience in SAP ECC, PO and SAP hana administration
Experience in system DB refresh and kernel upgrades
Transport order management(TO import , import issues troubleshooting)
Printer management (install, modification, troubleshooting etc.)
SAP batch job management (create, modify, monitor, troubleshooting etc.)
PO monitoring and troubleshooting from basis perspective (inflow / outflow messages)
SAP marketplace management (S-user account creation, OSS connection, diagnosis etc.)
Conduct / coordinate DRP drill with outsourcer
Support for internal / external audit

Authorization Management

User authorization issues and Security topics troubleshooting skillset

Working knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP security management

SAP user creation / modification

SAP user lock / unlock

User role assignment

Segregation of duty audit(LSF)

SAP project support

Support Valeo SAP projects in addition to application maintenance

Other

Strong communication skills to lead and drive drive topics independently

Monthly dashboard reporting

Vendor (infrastructure outsourcing) communication and support SAP infrastructure related activities
