Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong business relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include developing strategic plans, connecting with potential clients, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention while collaborating with various departments to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and Business relationship management
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
