We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will play a key role in driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales targets set by the management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to clients in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Skills and Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in sales or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.Skills Required
