Job Title : U.S. IT Recruiter

Location : Hyderabad (onsite-night shift)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Reporting To : Recruitment Manager

The U.S. IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment of both full-time and contract IT roles for U.S.-based clients. The role requires proactive headhunting, candidate sourcing, screening, and closing across multiple IT domains such as software development, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and data science. The recruiter will collaborate closely with U.S. hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure timely placements and high-quality candidate experience for both employment types.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with U.S. hiring managers to understand full-time and contract hiring needs, role specifications, and skill requirements.
  • Source, identify, and engage active and passive candidates using , job boards, Boolean search, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for both full-time and contract roles, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, offer negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs across both employment types.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment metrics for both full-time and contract placements.
  • Provide insights on U.S. IT talent market, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, project managers, sales, if applicable) to align recruitment strategy with business objectives.
  • Meet or exceed placement targets and KPIs for both full-time and contract roles.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, IT, or related) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience for U.S. clients, including both full-time and contract roles.
  • Strong headhunting skills for passive candidates.
  • Proven track record of closing U.S. IT placements (full-time and contract).
  • Knowledge of U.S. IT roles and technologies (software development, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, data).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment metrics.
  • Ability to work across U.S. time zone overlap for hiring manager coordination.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable in an onsite working model in Hyderabad.
  • Experience in executive search or headhunting for hard-to-fill IT roles.
  • Familiarity with U.S. visa processes (H1B, Green Card) and employment regulations.
  • Advanced sourcing certifications or training.
