Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager – Finance & Accounts to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home position that offers flexibility while ensuring high ownership and impact. The role involves managing compliance (GST, TDS, and Income Tax), audits, MIS reporting, and guiding the accounts team to maintain strong financial discipline and reporting standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax , and Companies Act provisions.
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in coordination with auditors and consultants.
  • Oversee monthly closing of books and preparation of accurate MIS reports .
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy in day-to-day accounting.
  • Manage accounts of the company as well as sister concerns .
  • Strengthen internal controls, standardize processes, and ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis .
  • Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow for effective financial management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax , and Companies Act compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in accounting, audits, and financial reporting .
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel , and financial tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently.

    • Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Experience :
  • 2–3 years for a qualified CA / CMA.
  • 4–5 years for Non-CA (e.g., MBA Finance or equivalent).
