Junior Tax Manager

Title : US Tax Manager Location : Gurugram, Hybrid Early joiners prefer (within 30 days) We are looking for an experienced US Tax Manager to lead a team and drive accurate, compliant tax reporting for annuity products. Key Responsibilities : Lead & mentor a team of 15–20 associates Oversee tax reporting for annuity transactions (premiums, payouts, interest, etc.) Ensure IRS compliance (e.G., 1099-R filings) Manage tax treatment of death benefits & beneficiary payouts Drive process improvements and support audits What You’ll Need : 7–10 years in tax reporting / financial ops (insurance / annuity preferred) Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations Proven leadership in a regulated environment CPA preferred, Excel & tax systems proficiency required Looking forward to discussing this opportunity with you!
