Were looking for an experienced Data Science Manager to lead our Search and Recommendations team.

Youll be responsible for building and optimizing ML models that drive personalized product discovery, improve search relevance, and boost engagement across our platform.

This is a hands-on leadership role collaborating with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable impact through data science innovation.

What Youll Do :

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists focused on search relevance, ranking, and recommendation systems.
• Define and deliver the roadmap for search & recommendation algorithms, balancing short-term impact and long-term innovation.
• Drive experimentation and model development using collaborative filtering, embeddings, neural retrieval, and ranking models.
• Partner with engineering to deploy and monitor ML models in production environments.
• Work closely with product teams to align on key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and user engagement.
• Establish best practices for model evaluation, feature engineering, and A / B testing.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest developments in AI / ML for personalized search and recommendation systems.
