About the Role
We are seeking a tech-savvy Product Operations Analyst who can bridge the gap between AI-driven innovation and product execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong Python scripting skills, a passion for optimizing product workflows, and expertise in prompt engineering to enhance automation, analytics, and decision-making across product teams.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to streamline operational processes, design prompt systems for AI tools, and improve product efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers to define and monitor key metrics for product and operational success.
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLM-based tools to enhance workflows, data insights, and automation.
- Develop Python-based scripts and dashboards to streamline reporting and process tracking.
- Conduct data analysis (SQL, Python, BI tools) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate prompt-based automation into existing systems.
- Document and maintain prompt repositories , SOPs, and feedback loops.
- Support A / B experiments and evaluate AI-assisted workflows for efficiency gains.
- Continuously monitor AI tool performance and recommend refinements based on business feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (IIT / IIIT / NIT / Thapar or equivalent preferred).2–4 years of experience in product operations, data analytics, or related product-facing roles.Proficiency in Python scripting (data wrangling, automation, API integration).Working knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with data and derive insights.Familiarity with SQL, dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), and product analytics metrics.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Preferred Skills
Exposure to A / B testing or product experimentation frameworks.Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, LangChain, OpenAI API).Understanding of LLM evaluation and fine-tuning basics .Prior experience in startup or product-based environments .
