Product Operations Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a tech-savvy Product Operations Analyst who can bridge the gap between AI-driven innovation and product execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong Python scripting skills, a passion for optimizing product workflows, and expertise in prompt engineering to enhance automation, analytics, and decision-making across product teams.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to streamline operational processes, design prompt systems for AI tools, and improve product efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to define and monitor key metrics for product and operational success.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLM-based tools to enhance workflows, data insights, and automation.
• Develop Python-based scripts and dashboards to streamline reporting and process tracking.
• Conduct data analysis (SQL, Python, BI tools) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate prompt-based automation into existing systems.
• Document and maintain prompt repositories , SOPs, and feedback loops.
• Support A / B experiments and evaluate AI-assisted workflows for efficiency gains.
• Continuously monitor AI tool performance and recommend refinements based on business feedback.
