Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the nursing team in delivering dialysis treatments and patient care.
- Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols, infection control measures, and safety standards.
- Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis procedures.
- Assist doctors and dialysis technicians during emergencies and specialized cases.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and clinical reports as per guidelines.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate junior nursing staff to ensure consistent performance.
- Manage and maintain adequate stock of medical and dialysis supplies.
- Coordinate with clinical, technical, and administrative teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with NABH and organizational quality standards.
- Foster a patient-centric, empathetic, and professional environment within the clinic.
Qualifications & Experience
Education : GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Registered with State Nursing Council).Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in dialysis or critical care; prior leadership experience preferred.Skills Required
