Job Purpose :
The Senior Nexthink Administrator will be responsible for the architecture, administration, and optimization of Nexthink platform services across the enterprise. This role will drive proactive IT operations, improve digital employee experience (DEX), and support strategic initiatives by leveraging Nexthink insights, automation, and real-time analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including endpoint engineering, service desk, security, and compliance, to deliver actionable insights and automation that enhance endpoint performance and user Responsibilities :
Nexthink Platform Administration :
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Nexthink platform, including deployment, configuration, integration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Manage the creation and tuning of Nexthink campaigns, remote actions, dashboards, alerts, and investigations.
- Monitor Nexthink health, collector distribution, agent deployment, and version control.
- Collaborate with IT operations to align platform configurations with enterprise policies and performance
goals.
Digital Employee Experience & Analytics :
Analyze Nexthink data to detect and resolve issues impacting end-user experience (latency, crashes, software errors, login times, etc.).Design and publish dashboards that provide visibility into user experience KPIs and IT service performance.Identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve endpoint stability and performance.Automation & Remediation :
Build and maintain Remote Actions to automate routine maintenance, patch validation, compliance checks, and self-healing capabilities.Collaborate with EUC and security teams to implement real-time remediation strategies for endpoint anomalies and incidents.Collaboration & Integration :
Work with endpoint management teams (Intune, SCCM, Jamf) to ensure complementary use of Nexthink for visibility and remediation.Support integrations with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC) to trigger workflows and incident response based on Nexthink alerts.Coordinate with cybersecurity for anomaly detection and behavior-based endpoint telemetry.Reporting & Governance :
Provide regular reports and executive-level insights on digital experience metrics, compliance, and endpoint health.Support audit and compliance teams by maintaining documentation and historical Nexthink data for endpoint tracking and event Skills & Experience :5+ years of experience in end-user computing or IT operations with at least 2+ years in Nexthink administration.Strong hands-on expertise with :1. Nexthink dashboards, investigations, campaigns, remote actions
2. Scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
3. Endpoint platforms (Windows 10 / 11, macOS)
Familiarity with enterprise tools like :1. Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or other MDM platforms
2. ITSM platforms like ServiceNow
