Technical Project Management
As an Associate Technical Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering integrated technology solutions across Finance and Supply Chain — driving project execution, ensuring quality outcomes, and enabling business value.
Main Responsibilities :
- Define project or programme scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and task dependencies.
- Develop and manage budgets, establish baselines, monitor expenditure, report variances, and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery across global initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks;
manage changes in scope, timelines, or budget with appropriate controls.
Ensure adherence to security, performance, compliance, and scalability requirements.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units, technical teams, and third parties.Lead or support Agile or hybrid delivery approaches, ensuring effective planning, ceremonies, and backlog management.Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and sponsors, including status, risk, financials, and key decisions.Contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO, ensuring consistent governance and delivery standards.THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

Must-Haves :
8–10 years’ experience managing projects within enterprise technology environments.Direct involvement in delivering ERP projects, with a preference for Finance and supply chain modulesDemonstrated success in delivering ERP initiatives or major Finance and / or Supply Chain technology programmes.In-depth knowledge of essential finance and supply chain business operations.Highly skilled at fostering collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams.Comprehensive experience in planning, budgeting, and reporting activities.Well-versed in Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.Proficient in utilising project management platforms such as Asana, JIRA, MS Project, as well as financial tracking and reporting tools.Track record of successfully managing global projects spanning multiple time zones, teams, and regulatory requirements.Experience collaborating with international teams and overseeing localisation or compliance across different regionsNice-to-Have :
Exposure to enterprise ERP platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, D365, Infor, or WorkdayExperience in integrating ERP systems with planning tools, PLM, tax engines, or BI platformsCertifications in project management and delivery methodologies, including PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum, and SAFeProven vendor management or system integrator coordination experienceBackground in the fashion, retail, or consumer goods sectorsSoft Skills :
