- Draft and implement compliance-driven HR policies and SOPs.
- Manage complex employee relations and regulatory risk issues.
- Collaborate on workflow configuration for HR lifecycle processes.
- Respond to client and employee inquiries with accurate HR support.
Role Responsibilities :
Train internal HR teams on country-specific HR compliance.Design scalable, efficient HR processes for service delivery.Act as Power of Attorney to sign documents and ensure compliance.Provide HR support across multiple countries where applicable.Skills Required
