Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for delivering technical support, fostering customer relationships, providing detailed analysis and recommendations on spares for industrial pumps, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. The role includes presenting technical solutions to clients, ensuring efficient packaging and delivery, and maintaining clear communication with other team members to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Sales skills
• Work Experience (Dealership Under Kirloskar, KSB, Flowserve, Wilo or any recognised pump industry)
• Technical Support and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical field, or related discipline
• Experience in the industrial solutions or pump industry is a plus
