As part of our strategic growth plan, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR functions and support our organizational objectives.

Position Overview :

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and HR leadership within the manufacturing or related industries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's expansion and overall business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, select, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee organizational structure, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and compliance functions to ensure industry competitiveness and legal adherence.
  • Establish and maintain succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Collaborate with executive management to articulate HR needs and strategic plans.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with statutory requirements and best practices.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes growth, innovation, and employee well-being.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an HR leader within the manufacturing industry or a similar sector.
  • Demonstrated stability and growth in career trajectory.
  • Candidates preferably based in or originally from Gujarat or Rajasthan.
  • Strong strategic, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
