Job description

To plan, implement and evaluate all clinical care services provided at the Unit

To oversee reporting and communication of quality improvement initiatives, quality and patient safety awareness, safety culture survey administration, and recognition programs at the Unit

Responsible for establishing, maintaining patient care protocol and standards, so that all regulations and guidelines for patient care are met and increasing the bar on patient satisfaction

Responsible for providing clinical & administrative direction for the clinical operation of medical departments & services

Provide required support on medical audits

Manage various committees like infection control committee, ethics committee etc at the Unit.

What We Are Looking For :

Qualification : MBBS + MHA
Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Adminstration
Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
