Job Title - Design Engineer

Location : Pune (On-Campus)

Work Mode - Onsite

Start Date : 1 December 2025

Roles & Responsibilities

Create detailed drawings, assembly drawings, and 3D models using Solid Edge .

Revise and update existing models and drawings as required.

Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes to implement new designs using cost-effective and efficient methods.

Maintain an organized database of drawings and transmitted documents.

Collaborate with the engineering team to identify root causes and resolve component or product issues.

Create or update Bills of Materials (BoM) for new and existing products.

Select and apply appropriate materials, finishes, and weld procedures to designs.

Coordinate with Project Management and Supply Chain teams to provide updates and clarifications.

Required Experience and Technical Skills

Strong experience and knowledge of Solid Edge for creating CAD Part, Assembly, and Draft files.

Sound knowledge of Teamcenter .

Ability to acquire and utilize technical data from catalogs, the internet, and vendors for model and drawing creation.

Proficiency in generating BoMs and maintaining organized data / relationships for models and drawing files.

Good knowledge of stack-up and dimensional analysis (GD&T) .

Qualifications

Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or related streams.

Work Experience : 2–4 years of relevant experience.
