Overview :

TNM Studios seeks a dynamic, versatile Videographer to capture, edit, and produce creative video and photo content across a variety of projects. The ideal candidate is skilled in both camera and smartphone video shoots, has a keen eye for photography, and delivers polished edits aligned with fast-paced media production standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Film high-quality videos using both professional cameras (DSLR / Mirrorless) and phones for various content types (product shoots, BTS, events, promos, UGC, etc.).
• Capture photographs as required, ensuring consistent lighting, framing, and brand-aligned visuals.
• Coordinate with the creative team for pre-production planning, shot lists, and conceptual alignment.
• Set up lighting and audio equipment as per shoot requirements.
• Edit raw footage and photos into engaging, final content using advanced video and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Optimize content for different social and digital platforms : format, color grading, subtitles, pacing, and aspect ratios.
• Organize and manage media files and project archives for easy access and retrieval.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, phone shooting techniques, and editing software innovations.
