Carrying out company polices and providing local market knowledge to the strategic planning processResponsible for Agent sales volumes (quota) on a monthly basisPerforms other related duties as assigned by senior managementPlan, organize and manage a sales territoryEffectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customersWork closely with sales manager on territory business planning and implementationProfiling our customer baseDeveloping a process for pre-qualifying potential customers using available internal and external informationDeliver sales goalsDaily management of the sales channelCoordinate with distributor partners to ensure availability of productsAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleIdentify and resolve client concerns, escalating as neededAttend trade shows, conventions, and meetings to promote the company and its productsRetail sales experience required, handling dealers and distributors.Skills Required
