About the Role
We’re looking for a junior performance marketer who’s eager to learn, experiment, and grow. You’ll assist in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, helping drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
If you have 2+ years of experience and love analyzing numbers, testing creatives, and improving results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor daily campaign metrics, impressions, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
- Support A / B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce effective ad assets.
- Help analyze and prepare weekly performance reports for management.
- Research audience segments and new optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital advertising.
Key Requirements
2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing.Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Understanding of key metrics, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking.Hands-on with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel / Sheets.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Excellent communication and time management skills.Preferred Skills
Experience with email or automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).Basic understanding of SEO or influencer / affiliate campaigns.Google Ads / Meta certification is a plus.A proactive learner with a test-and-learn attitude.
