About the Role

AIOps Platform Expertise

In-depth hands-on experience with BMC Helix AIOps – including Situation Management, Root Cause Analysis, Noise Reduction, and Impact Service Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in Service Blueprints – defining business service topology with impact weightage and dependency mapping.
• Ability to design and optimize AIOps correlation policies using ML-based event correlation and situation scoring.
• Deep understanding of BHOM (BMC Helix Operations Management) modules, data pipelines, and event ingestion architecture.
• Experience in defining custom ML models or using BMC Helix GPT or Cognitive Services for automated event resolution or best action recommendations.
