Requirements : Should have healthcare experience (homecare / medical services preferred)

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic Area Head to drive growth for healthcare services. The role involves coordinating clinical and operational teams, managing staff deployment, patient services, billing, and driving customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for overall business & Revenue of unit.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery for patients at the Spoke.
• Engage with clinicians and specialty teams to generate leads and ensure seamless care.
• Ensure efficient allocation, scheduling, and tracking of field staff (GDA, Nurses, Physiotherapists).
• Support HODs and Service Delivery Head in staff selection, training and duty management.
• Monitor billing, collection and reconciliation of payments.
• Proactively update patients and clinicians on treatment progress & outcomes to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist Service Delivery Head with process improvement, training needs and attrition control.
• Collaborate with Business Managers to drive revenue and cost optimization initiatives.
• Identify areas of improvement at all customer touchpoints.
