Location : Pune Exp : 8 to 12 Years

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Perform dimensional layouts on CMM to ensure customer and Quality standards are being met and maintained..Perform layout inspections on product, fixtures as required.

First part Inspection on CMM.

Maintain annual Product layout plan.

Perform CMM inspection for Child parts as per the frequency defined.

Perform CMM inspection for New developed parts as requested by Launch engineer or Engineering

Calibration of MMEs.

Calibration of Checking Fixtures

Performing GR & R studies as per plan.

Maintaining & updating Master List of MME after Calibration, New Equipment receipt.

Updating History Cards for all MME.
