Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer retention and referrals.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while managing branch operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
5-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in home loans (LAP) & mortgages.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.Strong understanding of financial products such as home loans against property (LAP), loan against property (LAP), etc. .Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues alike.Skills Required
