Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end delivery of IT testing projects
- Perform functional testing across core banking and risk IT systems
- Prepare test plans, test strategies, and estimates based on requirements
- Manage a small team of testers, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with business analysts, developers, and senior stakeholders
- Report and track defects, ensuring effective defect lifecycle management
- Follow and contribute to Agile and Waterfall testing methodologies
- Provide daily / weekly test status reports and highlight risks
