Join Our Research & Policy Team – B&M Consulting

Location : Silchar

B&M Consulting is inviting applications from motivated individuals interested in research, data-driven fieldwork, and policy evaluation. Our ongoing initiatives focus on social development, governance studies, and public engagement analysis across key regions. We are currently hiring for the following roles :

• 1. Policy & Research Intern (30 Days)Duration : 30 days
• Stipend : ₹5,000
• Responsibilities : Assist in data compilation, field coordination, and documentation support for research and evaluation projects.
• 2. Field Research Associate (Full-Time)Monthly Pay : Industry average
• Responsibilities : Conduct structured field studies, interviews, and data collection; liaise with local stakeholders; support analysis and reporting.
• Probation : 30 days
• 3. Research Associate (Full-Time)Monthly Pay : Industry average (with one-month probation)
• Work Mode : On Site
• Responsibilities : Conduct research, telephonic reviews and surveys; record and organize responses; assist with verification and reporting.
• 4. Operations Lead Associate (Full-Time)Monthly Pay : Industry average (based on experience)
• Experience Required : Minimum 12 months in operations, logistics, or administrative coordination
• Responsibilities :
• Oversee day-to-day coordination between field and research teams
• Manage logistics, documentation, and vendor coordination
• Track timelines, budgets, and reporting workflows
• Ensure smooth execution of field operations and team deployment
• Preferred Skills : Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and task management tools
• Ability to handle field and team coordination in dynamic environments

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Local area familiarity (for field roles) preferred

• Probation : All roles begin with a 30-day probation period
