We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer with 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering soft skills training programs to improve communication, leadership, teamwork, and other interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver soft skills training programs for employees at all levels
Assess training needs and develop customized programs to address gaps
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
Provide coaching and feedback to individuals to improve their soft skills
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field

5-10 years of experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programs in the Indian job market context

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Ability to assess training needs and develop customized programs

Experience with coaching and providing feedback to individuals

Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training

Certification in soft skills training or related field is a plus
