Job descriptionntLead, guide & mentor a team of 4 members handling sample sets tooling busine ssAllocate tasks, monitor performance & ensure team efficiency in achieving set targe tsDrive & achieve minimum 50% conversion rate from sample sets to exhib itCreate & execute strategies to improve conversion ratio through customer engagement & technical suppo rtProvide expert technical knowledge related to tooling produc tsTroubleshoot issues, recommend suitable solutions & ensure customer satisfacti ngMaintain professional & persuasive communication with customers for technical corresponden ceBuild & sustain strong rapport with clients across Hyderabad, Chennai & Bangalo ISMaintain & update various sales reports, MIS related to enquiries, leads & customer accoun tsEnsure timely submission of reports to managemen
Qualification :
- B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Instrumentation
- Additional : Experience in industrial product sales preferred; Management qualification (if any)
Experience : Minimum 5 years and Functional Area : Marketing
