About the Role :

The Product Owner is a key driver of revenue growth and customer success for a specific product or product family.

This role involves owning and managing the product roadmap, ensuring that sprint and release content align with strategic goals.

The Product Owner plays a critical role in product planning and design, ensuring our products stand out in the industry.

This position requires close involvement throughout the entire product lifecycle from conception and delivery to post-release activities driving product strategy, planning, and marketing execution as an integral member of the Global Product Management team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Vision & Strategy : Collaborate to define and own the vision, strategy, and execution for a product area, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
• Product Lifecycle Management : Lead the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and product launches.
• This includes familiarity with SCRUM processes and the ability to translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with UX / UI teams, engineering, solutions, and support staff to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the delivery of exceptional products that exceed customer expectations.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Work alongside leadership, product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to address customer needs, assess enhancement requests, and prioritize features based on business objectives and long-term strategy.
• Customer-Centric Approach : Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and perspectives, ensuring stakeholder feedback is incorporated into product decisions.
• Product Development : Contribute to the development of product plans, release schedules, and integrated solutions that align with the strategic goals of Energy Exemplars software products.
• Training & Support : Participate in the creation of product demos, training programs, and other customer-facing materials to enhance product adoption and success.
• Strategic Contribution : Play a key role in strategic discussions, contributing to the evolution of product processes and overall company strategy.
• Team Collaboration : Provide mentorship and support to other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
