Job Title : Non-IT Recruiter (Contract Role)

Location : Koramangala, Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience Required : 6+ Years

Employment Type : Contract (6 to 12 months, extendable)

Working Hours : Standard business hours (Monday–Friday)

Required Skills & Competencies

• 6+ years of Non-IT recruitment experience, specifically in Business Consulting, Finance, and Legal hiring.
• Strong understanding of corporate functions and ability to assess domain-specific talent.
• Proven experience in handling mid to senior-level roles in shared services, consulting firms, or BFSI domains.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and stakeholder management capability
