TCS is looking for D365 AI Engineer

Experience : 8-10 years

Location : Chennai

Required Technical Skill Set : Generative AI, LLMs,Azure OpenAI, MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, LangChain, RAG, Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal, Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services)

Must have skill sets :

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services).
• Strong expertise in Power Platform : Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal.
• Experience with Azure integrations : Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs.
• Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, and custom plugin / workflow development.
• Familiarity with AI / ML concepts and their application in business processes
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker.
• Familiarity with LangChain, RAG, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and cloud computing platforms.
