Global Benefits Consultant
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Global Benefits modules.
- Implement and configure Global Benefits across large organizations.
- Collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions for global benefits needs.
- Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations.
- Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
- Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors.Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live.Stay current with product updates and enhancements.Requirements :
Proven experience in Global Benefits configuration and implementation.Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Preferred Background :
