The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products.Responsibilities : - Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies.- Advocate for the end-user in all design and development processes.Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI / UX design.- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.- Knowledge of HTML / CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
