Job description

Role : Golang Developer

Experience : 5-12 years in relevant field

Location : Chennai (Hybrid – 4 Days Work from Office)

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 6+ years in software development; 4+ years hands-on in development roles.
  • Strong proficiency in GoLang, Python, React (4+ years each) and SQL.
  • Proven experience in automation development (preferably network automation).
  • Familiarity with OpenShift, Docker, and Linux / Unix environments.
  • Experience or interest in DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and GitOps tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, learning mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop scalable network automation and self-service solutions.
  • Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and APIs to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead technical initiatives, agile planning, and DevOps practices in a container-first environment.
  • Collaborate across teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Manage CI / CD pipelines (Tekton), GitOps workflows (ArgoCD), and OpenShift deployments.
  • Support legacy applications and drive modernization (e.g., Perl to GoLang migrations).
