About The Role :

We’re looking for a Product Manager + Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business goals, user needs, and technical execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in defining product requirements, writing detailed user stories, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, driving clarity across teams, and ensuring that every feature shipped adds measurable value to users and the business.

Key Responsibilites :

Own and drive the product roadmap from ideation to delivery, aligned with company goals.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality releases.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions.

Prioritize product features and manage backlogs effectively.

Act as the bridge between business, tech, and customers, ensuring alignment at all stages of product development.

Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, define KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.

Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications when needed.

Support go-to-market planning and ensure smooth cross-functional execution.

Requirements :

4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Manager.

Strong expertise in writing and managing user stories, epics, and backlog items.

Excellent understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Solid technical understanding — able to communicate effectively with developers and grasp architectural concepts, APIs, and integrations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
