Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household). The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new customers for our retail banking products and services in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking

Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products and services

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the bank

Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing customers

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry

Knowledge of retail banking products and services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and selling skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Fluency in the local language is preferred
