Senior Technical Consultant

Position : Senior Technical Consultant / Technical Project Consultant (Client-Facing)

Experience Required : 6–10 Years

Location : Indore (Onsite)

Industry : IT Services (Mobile Application & Software Development)

Position Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional who can act as a bridge between clients and technical teams, with a focus on client communication, requirement understanding, and project initiation. This role is ideal for someone with strong exposure to IT services (mobile apps & software development) who is confident in managing client interactions, understanding business & technical needs, and supporting business closure activities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of client communication, including attending discovery calls, requirement discussions.
• Work closely with international clients (USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East) to understand their technical and business needs.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams during pre-sales discussions, helping define scope, technical feasibility, and effort estimation.
• Support in client closure activities by providing the right technical insights and building trust with prospects.
• Coordinate with internal teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure client requirements are properly understood and addressed.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
