Financial Reporting Manager (Insurance)

We are hiring an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to join a global captive and insurance management organization that supports multiple international business divisions across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large team delivering middle-office services across Accounting, Treasury, Risk & Compliance.
• Oversee and review management accounts, financial statements, tax returns, and solvency calculations under UK / US GAAP, IFRS, and SORPs.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial, regulatory, and board reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across global offices.
• Drive process excellence, standardization, and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Support team development and performance through coaching and strategic leadership.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and successful process transitions.
