Were looking for a Lead Software Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, cloud-native systems and driving cutting-edge technology initiatives including Machine Learning and Generative AI.

Youll collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define goals, shape architecture decisions, and deliver impactful solutions that redefine the insurance technology landscape.

What Youll Do :

• Operate as a start-up mindset team within a large, influential InsurTech company
• Drive engineering excellence through TDD, GitOps, and best practices
• Lead architectural discussions and represent your team in company-wide technical forums
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to set and achieve quarterly and annual objectives
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, cloud-native software systems
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
• Leverage Machine Learning and Generative AI to enhance user experience
• Engage in pair programming and continuous learning
