General Ledger Manager

As a seasoned Record-to-Report (R2R) professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire R2R process, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. This includes managing end-to-end general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities :

• Manage R2R activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and fixed assets.
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations and Fixed Asset reconciliations.
• Mentor and develop a team of accountants / analysts to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for global finance stakeholders on R2R / GL matters.
