Bhavishya is an NGO dedicated to improving educational opportunities for underprivileged children and supporting them in honing various skills to better support themselves and their families. We require program coordinator for mobile resource project where person has to manage rickshaw which is equipped with tv , tabs . There is a junior program coordinator to help . Program coordinator has to use mobile resource to improve quality of education in slum areas along with that create awareness among masses for health , various gov schemes etc .

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Coordinator based in Gurugram. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing and developing educational programs, overseeing project implementation, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that may arise to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Program Management and Program Development skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Project Management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the educational or non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field
