Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Derivatives Operations position. The role involves day-to-day operational support in executing and managing derivative products. Responsibilities include trade reconciliation, risk management, monitoring compliance with trading regulations, ensuring accurate execution of transactions, and assisting with settlements. Candidates will also collaborate with internal teams to perform analytical functions and ensure precision in financial operations.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in derivatives operations, including futures and options trading
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Background in Finance and Quantitative Finance
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in relevant financial tools and technology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
