Job description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Order & Platform Operations

  • Manage end-to-end order processing across Shopify and Unicommerce.
  • Ensure smooth order flow, timely dispatches, and quick issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with courier partners and customer support to resolve delivery exceptions or delays.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Oversee inventory planning, inwarding, and audits across multiple platforms : Shopify (D2C), Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and Tira.
  • Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy across platforms by ensuring timely inwarding and reconciliation.
  • Track daily movement of goods, and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies between warehouse stock and online listings.
  • Coordinate with warehouse partners for timely order fulfillment and stock updates.

    • 3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain and update Excel-based dashboards for :
  • Daily inventory and sales movement
  • Vendor delivery status
  • D2C dispatch reports
  • Platform-wise performance metrics
  • Share regular reports with internal teams to support demand forecasting and operational planning.

    • Qualifications :

  • 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations, preferably in a D2C or FMCG brand.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards).
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
