As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, managing developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, QA, and DevOps professionals.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery timelines.
• Lead & Influence outcomes on project execution with customers and internal stakeholders
• Design scalable and maintainable system architectures and contribute to high-level software development decisions.
• Oversee day-to-day development activities and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and tools.
• Conduct regular code reviews, performance evaluations, and 1 : 1 meetings with team members.
• Manage technical risks and ensure the timely resolution of issues and blockers.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application in the company.
• Ensure technical documentation and operational support are in place.
