Senior UI / UX Designer (Figma & Dashboard Specialist)

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI / UX Designer

to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate can blend strong design fundamentals with practical problem-solving — turning complex CRM and dashboard interfaces into clean, modern, and user-friendly designs.

Minimum

5+ years

of experience in UI / UX design, specifically working on

CRM systems

analytics dashboards

, and

web applications

Strong hands-on expertise in

Figma

Adobe XD

, and working with

SVG

assets.

Proven ability to

simplify complex data-heavy pages

and create intuitive user experiences.

Expertise in

website layout design

landing pages

, and

responsive UI

for desktop and mobile.

Strong visual design sense — spacing, color hierarchy, typography, and consistency.

Experience in designing

dashboards, tables, reports, and filter systems

with clean user flow.

Skilled at building

design systems

, reusable components, and maintaining visual consistency across products.

Ability to structure navigation, filter controls, and action areas for

clarity and minimalism

Comfortable collaborating with

product managers

and

developers

to iterate and refine user experiences.

Portfolio must showcase

modern UI work

and

before–after redesigns

of complex dashboards or web pages.

CTC : ₹7–10 Lakh per annum
