Job description

Required Criteria Overall 5+ years of experience. At least 3+ years of relevant experience in VBCS. Should be proficient in Visual Builder / Oracle JET, Java Script, REST API, HTML, CSS, SQL. Should have functional knowledge in CRM, SFA and PRM. Knowledge in Oracle Digital Sales and CX Sales(Redwood). Should have knowledge in configuring business processes, security mechanisms like job roles and usage of different authentication mechanisms(Bearer Token, Basic Auth, OAuth, JWT) etc. Experience in OICS(Oracle Integration Cloud) will be an added advantage. Should be able to go through existing configuration / scripting and be able to create functional / technical documents. Desired Criteria 4+ years of industry experience in Oracle CX - Sales. Knowledge and technical know-how in Oracle Next Gen Digital Sales and Redwood will be added advantage. Strong expertise and experience in technical solutioning.
