eJyothi Services, a subsidiary of U.S. based company – Aptin LLC, provides Information Technology and Business Operations support to its various U.S. clients. We are hiring Mid-level Financial Analyst to provide Financial & Accounting support services for our U.S. clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
- Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice generation based on contract terms and requirements, receipt reconciliation, receipts accounting, receipts update in ancillary systems, and reporting of aged receivables.
- Manage Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification against the contract terms and requirements, sending acknowledgement, payment advise preparation, tracking payment scheduling, and reconciliation of vendor statements.
- Coordinate payroll preparation using timesheet data and perform related accounting tasks
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, verifying transactions and ensuring consistency across internal ledgers and bank records.
- Conduct periodic reviews of financial records to ensure completeness and accuracy and perform internal control checks to verify process compliance.
- Review and approve expense reimbursements.
- Prepare cashflow forecasting, perform financial planning & forecasting and variance analysis, produce reports for presentation to the Senior Management.
- Perform research and analysis of new or modified regulations / financial systems, submit the recommendations, and support the implementations.
- Support design, development, and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Prepare tax forms, schedules and other reports. (Payroll, Income Tax, Corporate Registrations, Property Tax, Business Licenses, State Registrations, Workers Compensation)
- Prepare and maintain Monthly Status Reports or Yearly financial related reports.
- Review work products produced by Junior resources, mentor junior resources, track quality and deadlines, and report to Senior Management in case of any items requiring attention.
- Update and maintain finance / accounting artifacts on SharePoint and other systems as required.
