Job description5–8 years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate / JPA. Strong understanding of US insurance domain concepts, particularly Life Insurance, Annuities, and Policy Administration Systems (PAS). Experience working on or integrating with insurance products / systems used in the US market. Good understanding of SDLC, microservices architecture, and RESTful API development. Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex SQL queries. Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc. Experience in front-end technologies (Angular, React). Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Basic knowledge of automation frameworks or DevOps tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work effectively in Agile or POD-based teams.

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in US Life Insurance and Annuities. The candidate should have hands-on development expertise in policy administration or insurance platforms, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain Java / Spring Boot applications supporting insurance business processes such as policy administration, underwriting, billing, and claims.
- Work closely with product, business, and QA teams to deliver quality software aligned with business needs.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, batch jobs, and backend services.
- Participate in Agile / POD-based delivery, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
