Volody - AI / ML Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Developer to design, build and deploy next-generation AI solutions, with a focus on Generative AI, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). The role involves end-to-end ownership of AI / ML model development, from data ingestion to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement scalable AI / ML models using Deep Learning and NLP techniques.
• Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) for various business use cases.
• Architect and implement RAG pipelines combining large language models with vector databases and retrieval frameworks.
• Preprocess, clean and transform structured / unstructured datasets to ensure quality inputs for model training.
• Build and deploy AI APIs and services into production environments using MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions into applications.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and research trends in AI / ML to drive innovation.
• Create documentation, guidelines, and reusable components for AI / ML pipelines.
