Bim Architect

DDG BIM Services , a leader in propelling the AEC industry from traditional methods to a digital future, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BIM Architect to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of building design through the strategic implementation of BIM workflows.

What You'll Do :

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop and maintain comprehensive BIM models.
• Utilize your expertise in BIM software (Revit preferred) to create accurate and detailed architectural models.
• Manage and ensure the quality and consistency of BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve potential design clashes through comprehensive model coordination.
• Generate construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications, directly from the BIM model.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our BIM processes and workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on BIM methodologies.
