Brain Bristle is a high-impact non-profit organization for autism, working in low-income schools across Mumbai to promote excellent education and inclusivity for students on the autism spectrum and other high needs.

Role Description

This is a 5 hours / day-5 days / week role for a Special Education Supervision Manager at Brain Bristle in Mumbai. The Supervision Manager will be responsible for supervising and supporting work being done with autism, inclusivity, education and awareness building in our schools across Mumbai, working with our team on lesson plans, streamlining our processes and impact across schools and running team trainings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working with students with autism and other learning disabilities.
• Teaching experience, particularly in a low income school setting
• Special education and autism education and expertise
• Strong impact reporting, data management and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Knowledge of autism and other developmental disorders
• Understanding of inclusive education practices
